Anonymous Bullying Report Form

If you are experiencing a problem with bullying at Harmony, or have other discipline-related concerns regarding one of our schools, leave your concern below for the Dean of Students. You do not need to leave your name.

Leaving times, dates, locations, and other information is crucial to resolving your concern. Again, you do not need to leave your name unless you want the Dean to follow up with you. All messages received will be addressed promptly – information you enter here is forwarded directly to the principal at the campus you report below. That said, if you are experiencing a serious problem that needs immediate attention, you are urged to tell a teacher, school leader, or other trusted adult as soon as possible.
