Refer a Teacher

(January 22 – July 31, 2016)

Would you like to make some extra money by simply talking to friends about the many great aspects of Harmony Public Schools (HPS)?  By simply referring a teacher to work for Harmony Public Schools you could earn $350.

  • The person making the referral must be a current HPS employee.
  • Only the first person to recommend a teacher candidate may be compensated for the recommendation.
  • Individuals will not be compensated for recommending teachers the recruitment team has already made contact with.
  • Individuals are paid for recommending teachers who accept their offers and remain on staff for a minimum of 90 days.
  • Bonuses will not be awarded in the event that a candidate:
    • does not accept his/her offer
    • leaves his/her role for any reason before the initial 90 day period is complete
